THE BRIEF
The event must be grand! The event needs to have a large stage for our CEO's speech, and it needs to draw everyone's attention. There needs to be a way for us to display our portfolio games at the event, and certain elements need to be korean-inspired.
THE EVENT
We produced the event in a grand church. We built a meter tall stage decorated with brand fabrications. We lined the circumference of the event with 42" LED screens to display teaser videos of the portfolio games. Lastly, we provided 2 menus of food, a menu for canapés and another of korean cakes and desserts.
